TMC's "pre-purchase program"

Does anyone know anything about the pre-purchase program on all new boats offered to tmc members? It is listed on the www.jointmc.com website under view member benefits.

What does it get us?

This was a good idea that has not been approved to do yet. It is being taken off the site until they can come up with some guide lines

Yes, It was to let TMC Members have the oppertunity to buy boats before they hit the market. Some of the issues are that people would be buying a boat unseen and not having had the chance to drive it. So it could turn into a bad situsation. They are working on some other ideas.
