Come on Brian, I can remember when you was a newbie

Or maybe that was me:confused:

BriEOD
08-20-2004, 02:40 PM
I don't think so Marky. I remember when you were a newbie though. When I was a newbie their was no such thing as a newbie. It wasn't this hi-tech.

MarkP
08-20-2004, 02:44 PM
Well,

Thanks for all of the help along the way,:toast: .

Ah what the heck, how about a D B

Some days Doug still treats us like newbies  ???

BriEOD
08-20-2004, 03:10 PM
Yeah don't let that bully push you around! ;)

Just ask him about his skiing attire! LOL :D

bradamerry
08-20-2004, 03:15 PM
we always have the socks we can hold over his head!!! And he is so close to Tim and I, but we can't get him to ski with us  ???? Maybe it is our post count, just not worthy I guess?

BriEOD
08-20-2004, 03:17 PM
It could be...but then again, I don't think anyone will ever catch Doug in the post count. He is almost double what I have and I'm on here way more then I should be.

When the heck did I ever treat anyone like a newbie? By the way, Brad, weclome to the board.

For the record, if memory serves, JimN, Lee, Andre, and Jimmer (probably among countless others) were here before I got here. Brian showed up just about the same time. :toast:

Mark P was a newbie for like 2 seconds, and then, all of a sudden, he had like the second highest post count. ***?!? He got most of his posts on 1 thread. I can quote half of his first 500 ... "I wish I had a boat."

Still not sure what's so unusual about my board shorts, but don't stare at them too long! And don't go holding socks over my head; I'll pass out.

bradamerry
08-20-2004, 03:36 PM
he's back :toast: !!

BriEOD
08-20-2004, 03:37 PM
Yeah, Brad don't sweat Doug, he just saved 15% on his boat insurance by switching to Geico. :D

Doug, that was Deryl that started the sock fetish.

Your right about Mark, he got tierd of Days of Our Lives and started posting almost as much as you!

BriEOD
08-20-2004, 03:52 PM
The problem with Mark is he is never out. Although, his little dot on my screen that signals whether he's online or not is never lit up on my puter. I am dead serious I think he has me on his ignore list.

MarkP

Brad

I just had to change a diaper and tuck two in for nap time.

School starts soon so I can spend more time on the board.:D

Brian, ready for the diaper drill?

bradamerry
08-20-2004, 03:54 PM
Welcome back MarkP, maybe Doug won't put you on the veteran newbie list!

BriEOD
08-20-2004, 03:54 PM
School started last week here. Brianna just got back from school not 10 minutes ago. 100 on the ol' spelling test. ;)

No, not ready for the diaper drill, not at all! How about if I call you when they need to be changed?

Congrats Tall Andy! I haven't seen the list of promotions on this site does anyone know where they are?

I think we should have special titles for some people like: MC God, or MC King, Ski King, etc!

bradamerry
08-20-2004, 05:54 PM

bradamerry

Leroy
08-20-2004, 06:56 PM
That's why I added the Kings! I've already been to tooo many sensitivity training courses. BTW, seems like we don't have them much anymore.....maybe we are all sensitive enough now ;)

Don't know if there is a term for the best ski person? JohnB would probably know if no one else does.

BriEOD
08-21-2004, 08:58 PM
Leroy I believe the slang term is the "Mapple." :D

Leroy
08-22-2004, 02:31 PM
So if I hear you're a Mapple, someone is getting a real compliment?

John B
08-22-2004, 06:36 PM
A Mapple, that sounds good to me.
After all that is why I ski on a Mapple. I just wish I could ski it as good as the king does.( King Andy )
On the lake at I ski I call the guys that ski good "The Big Dogs"
I'm just a puppy,a little puppy with big paws. :D

bradamerry
08-22-2004, 07:09 PM
Mark, it must be Farmer Ted. We couldn't figure it out??

BriEOD
08-22-2004, 11:14 PM
Leroy,

I don't know about all that. I was just trying to be witty. But if someone referred to my skiing and Mapple in the same sentence I would be flattered. He is the man.

John B,

Big Dogs, Big Guns, Top Guns, I'm with ya...
