Can anyone give me some tips on getting my X2 back on the trailer. I'm new to driving a inboard and it is completely different than anything else out there. No problem launching but manuvering it back up the trailer proving to be a bit difficult for me. Any tips on manuvering to the trailer would help. It is a tight ramp area and i don't have the option of coming straight on. Basically coming down a narrow canal 30' wide and need to turn into trailer. Thanks,

Idle - Neutral - Idle - Neutral. Keep bumping it in and out of gear at idle while making small steering corrections. Easy does it. Also, if you've got a current, try to gauge how far off it's gonna push you and line up at a spot up or down current (as necessary) so you eventually hit your trailer coming straight on and not turning into it. It's kinda like leading a target shooting skeet or playing an old video game like Space Invaders. Making 90-degree turns is trickier but gently going into Reverse and goosing the throttle a bit will stop the boat's movement once you're lined up in your turn.
Make some practice runs out in open water. Maybe toss a float or something out there and aim for it. Anybody can steer an I/O or outboard. There's some skill required in smoothly piloting an inboard. Just takes practice. Keep at it.

We learned not to back your trailer in to deep so when you come in and your "V" first hit the trailer , then let the vehicle driver start easing back as you pull your boat on a little more and you got it
