I've heard good things about Malco vinyl and plastic clear from alot of people here on TT.So I thought I'd give it a try.
Wow.. this stuff works!
I thought I took good care of my vinyl wiped down after each use and put 303 on.
But,Malco opened my eyes.
This rag was white before I started and was only used on my Vinyl with Malco.

I've always used the 303, but 303 isn't a cleaner, just a protectant that you put on and wipe off. I guess maybe your vinyl wasn't clean?

I've been praising Malco cleaning products for years. I use them for everything and the plastic and leather cleaner also works great on engines and engine compartments without the acid burn/etching on the aluminum parts and it doesn't leave a smell. Here's a pic I posted 4 years ago,
