ive read some threads here with people having o6 models. are they available now and if so which ones? any difference in the 197?
PS197 stays the same except for the minor things...i.e. new dash facia and switches.

The redesigned X-30 became available starting in March/April this year and the new version was called a 2006 model to differentiate it from the old version. If I'm not mistaken, I believe July 1 is when the model year calendar turns.

Just saw a spank'n new PS/open bow this weekend. The boat is loaded with all the bells and whistles. Very purty...black hull/white band. It is a promo boat and will be available in a year. I know where to get it. B

mymc, when will the 06' 197 be available and what will the price point be. same as 05 or more? i am still debating on selling my 04 . cant decide yet . i will however be sticking to mastercraft.
The price goes up in 2006...and they should be available middle of July.

Well, proud owner of 2006 X30. 700 lbs heavier, deeper v and freeboard (need for Lake Tahoe...convinced me to buy Mastercraft rather than a Cobalt) and X Star dash. Deeper seats and tons of storage! Now capable of seating 16 (coast guard spec, not reality). two ice chests, 500 watt stereo, lots of fun. Red with White deck: Name: REDiculous!
Maiden voyage last friday, snow, 42 degree water, but looked and rode great. Stepping down the prop for altitude is the only issue.
:)
Love the name [REDiculous]! Congrats on the big buy.

Our '06 is ordered should have it early Aug. We got the production dates already for it. Can't wait. Not many changes to the '06 X-10 either, just minor ones for now.

AL, Nice ride. I love the pic of the boy on the dock in full winter gear. We could use a little of that cool air in TX. Near 100 with no rain in sight.

Any chAnges or updates to the X star or X 45 for 2006?
Potential big changes to paint jobs, graphics, and a new logo that says MC USA - it's all rumor, I have pics, but they may have just been some drafts for potential rather than real changes.
