AHHH, I'd have filled my pants I'm sure. Holy cow... :eek3:
Don't think I'd be sitting in that truck much longer, I'd crawl out back window or something, if that hitch lets go you'd be gone.

Seen that pic a few times and everytime I see it, it amazes me that it held in the first place.

That’s funny, .
I do remember at a high school party one time I fell through a bridge and stopped by my arm pits and kept my beer upright, (no loss).:friday:

Just another reminder that even though your vehicle CAN tow something, doesn't mean it SHOULD tow it.

Been funnier if that was an S10 Pickup.
On a Serious note, glad to see no one got hurt. (Just guessing no one was hurt as everyone is just standing around in the Pic not holding/helping anyone).
cheers to the driver :friday: for trying. LOL

That happen here in Big Bear. It was on highway 38 down the mountain. He was pulling over to let traffic by, and the road rock that is used in the winter cause to slide off the road. Boat and truck or both still here in town in use.
The guy driveling was in the truck for over 2 hours like that.
The first thing that he did was take off his seat belt.
That was the wrong thing to do. He weighted 240 lbs.and when he took the seat belt off it put him on the windshield.
He was okay and he now weighs a lot less.
When you look death in the eye for 2 hours it make you think.Do I want to die over weight and out of shape?

Hi Betsy,
I asked around the group that I ski with, to see if I could find some one to drive out with me.
The response was good. I will be coming out to Bako to ski.with you.
Some questions???
How many skier can I bring with me?
Can we land a small plane at the lake next to yours?
The one with the landing stripe between the two lakes.
Paradise Lakes is the name of it, I think.
If we need to, we can come in a motor home if we need a place to stay.
It would be easer to fly, :D but not if you have to drive too far to pick us up.
Sense I just asked today if anybody wanted to go,the dates that you can have us out there or still open for change.
Thank you for the invite to ski at your lake. :toast: John B.
