I have a 1991 Barefoot 200 that has eight screws in the rear of the cockpit that go into the floor and they are all loose. I tried using some weed wacker string as filler, but that only lasted a short while. Is there any type of epoxy or filler that anyone would recommend?

I filled the existing holes with JBWeld and silicone caulking then drilled new holes adjacent to the old ones. The new carpet allowed me the leeway of not seeing the old areas of the screws. Plastic anchor inserts may also be a thought. I used them to remount the seat pedestal and backs when putting it back together from the carpet project. Works well. I'd consider silicone in conjunction with the screw placement(s) into the anchors to seal the hole from water. Done deal.

I would try useing a cut end of a zip tie for filler with some epoxy glue. If your scared you wont be able to get them back out use silicone glue.
