Man I love that place!! We used to eat at the one in Hononlulu all the time when I lived on Oahu. They don't have one in Charleston, so the only time I can get in there is when I travel. Their filet is outstanding! There is a place in Tampa called Charleys that is equally as good.

On all those cooking shows on food network, all those dudes ever use is straight salt, pepper and oil. Nobody seems to use seasoned salt (unless you count Emeril's essence).

One of the best marinades I've had on a steak is an Argentine Chimichuri Sauce. Soak for about 4 hours and flash broil it on the grill. Beautiful.

Man that steak looks good!

Sounds great Leroy. I wish we could stay out all day. It's just so hard with a 10 month old. He's really good on the boat but he has to stay under the bimini and in his jacket so grows tierd of it quickly. But he loves the boat. He can walk all the way around the inside of the boat using the handrails to hold himself up. I'll get in the water and swim around it as I call to him and he tries to follow me. It's pretty cute.

No, we have one of those HO neoprene infant vest. Mom, won't let him off the platform because of the alligators. Their are frequent gator attacks on dogs around here and since he is so little, well it's probably smart. They don't bother me, but I suppose it would be better if we didn't have to worry about them. When we were on vacation at the lake in NC we got him a floaty ring and he loved it. He has figured out how to kick around.
