Although the white interior looks awesome, the kids seem to get it dirty.
What is the best cleaning products for the vinyl and while we're here what's best for the gelcoat?

X9, welcome to the board. Post some pics of the toy.
I use the 303 protectant and cleaner for the vinyl. A little pricey, but she is your baby. http://www.303products.com/main.php?infopage=protectant#overview

Didn't look through all the other postings so I don't know if it includes my previous suggestion: I put about a cup of laundry detergent (without bleach) in a bucket of hot water and use a stiff scrub brush to clean my interior. Works great. I used the MC vinyl protector afterwards.
I pressure washed my cover last week and it really looks a lot better too. I then used two bottles of 303 fabric protector on it.
