Does anybody know of any companies that sell new gauge panels for a Prostar 205 1995 model? I could also use new gauges, mine are oxidezed and not very good looking

I think you're going to have to comb ebay and craigslist for a used/new dash. For gauges, I'd go for some new Faria ones for $200:

For what it's worth....I was looking at a 96' and the guy told me he re-painted the dash cover. I think there is some sort of flexible paint that you could re-do on your own. Just a thought if you can't find a good used one somewhere.

Might also consider covering the old one with vinyl

The panel itself can be replaced at a large cost. Will take you some foot work calling around to MC dealerships to see if somebody has one sitting around. A better idea is to refinish the dash panel. There are so many different finishing options. The simplest is to just sand and repair any cracks or defects then paint with something like Duplicolor. Another option would be the Duplicolor vynl paint. You can get crazy with it by putting the rubber shelf liner material with little square hole pattern over top of the black panel and spray with a metallic grey to give the illusion of graphite. As for the guages, check boatbandit.com they offer a full line of several different brands as does westmarine.com.

also if you want you could use some vinyl that looks like carbon fiber, easy enough to find on ebay or other places and that would look good and make it look a little newer also.
