Lesson for Mono

At present I can ski but not Mono I have tried but just cant get it.
My question is, as I am going to Florida in a couple of weeks would a leson at Orlando watersports help with this or should I just keep trying at home.

What are you trying on? If you can, find a widebody single to try on. Then go to a more traditional slalom ski...

You should take a lesson in Florida, but keep trying at home too. Try just lifting one ski off the surface of the water and ride like that before you kick it off.
