Anybody ever notice that many protesters are freaks? Our society has gone down the drain.

Not really going anywhere with this. Just venting.

Go away freaks! Go to school. Get a job. Get off the streets. Move to Canada.

Ok, finished. Have a great day on the water.

Yea, because these guys are wrong, going into Afganistan is a good idea (warning sarcasm included). It will cost $1 million per soldier per year to be in Afganistan....and for what? 4000 guys in the back of old Toyota pickups and on horseback? I'm really worried about them!

Yea, these guys are wrong......

And who says we don't have mods monitoring this site? Good work boys, sorry for the grief.

It was wrong for me to post a picture of a young soccer fan, face painted in the colors of his favorite team, flipping the bird in disgust to the opposing team in a fit of deviant anger.

I'll stick to posting links to porn and cheap viagra under my assumed name of "enrukneot".

Still really miffed that thousands of fruit loops have nothing better to do with their ridiculous lives than dress in silly costumes and protest the war in Afghanistan.

Won't be any wakeboard boats full of scantily clad hotties if the Taliban takes over the world. Nope, just girls covered head to toe in black tarps. Canada might be safe, though.

No hard feelings. Just joshin.:D

I could write the lib post on every issue, so transparent. I hope the Mata's of the world congregate in your back yard metaphorically speaking.

Have a nice day.

Right. They couldn't possibly do anything to us here. We're the United States, where everyone has a few guns and thousands of ammo rounds, right?

They don't care. They count on Americans to be so apathetic, unmotivated and lazy that they come here as students, learn as much as they can about how we think and how that can be used against us, then wait until the time is right. Airport security is generally a sieve, people are so sure they know who the bad guys are ("He looks like one of THEM, so he must be a terrorist!") that they don't notice the clean-shaven Middle Eastern guys who look and act like they could be from anywhere else.

Unfortunately, the Muslim extremists have learned how to fight and win but we haven't. Sun Tzu wrote,
“A military operation involves deception. Even though you are competent, appear to be incompetent. Though effective, appear to be ineffective.” and “Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.” We show off our military strength and beat our chests calling big attacks "Shock and awe" (which sounded incredibly childish, to me), drop a lot of bombs and claim victory for finding a despotic ruler. Then, after using bad info to decide that he's the guy who needs to go and at the same time, micro-management keeps our people from getting the real bad guys. We're positive that we can beat them in a conventional war but still haven't accepted that the way they're fighting is the way that could win. This is exactly what cost Britain the victory in our Revolution- they saw the Colonial Army as under-funded and under-manned and. specifically the Militia, as farmers with pitchforks, torches and a few guns who wouldn't fight a conventional war. The only way we'll really see this point is if they come here in huge numbers to fight on our soil and our military decides that it won't bomb the crap out of our own cities, so the fighting will be done the same way they're doing it- be invisible and they won't know who they're fighting. I don't see this happening- I see them taking the occasional potshot at us and running away or dying (Jihad, you know) in the event.

Silly me for posting this thread on the MC site. I make these mistakes all of the time. The other day, I posted a thread on "Right Wing War Mongers of America" and asked about winterizing my boat and whether to use a 3 blade or 4 blade prop. Nearly got banned from that forum, too!

Just happened to see some protesters on TV this morning. They all looked like nut cases, freaks, goof balls, etc. Seldom see normal looking folks at these events. Maybe it is the costumes?

Problem with sarcasm and webequitte is that it is hard to tell when somebody is just poking fun and when they are serious. Think I'll move to Canada. 8p

Inappropriate? Nahhhhh! It is in the 'Off Topic' section, after all.

Nothing like banging on a hornet's nest with a stick, eh?:D

AFAIK, the RWWMA forum doesn't have an Off Topic section, so they were right in almost banning you. That was clearly a violation of their terms.:toast:

If I didn't have to go to work to keep food on the table and the heat on, I would be at a local event.....and I look normal.....at least as far as you know. 8p

I support the use of coal burning power stations, unregulated off road vehicle usage, and the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, and anyplace else the generals want to open up a can of airborne whoop a$$. ;)

Think about this for a moment: What if instead of dressing up like freaks, pouring fake blood all over themselves, carrying coffins down main street USA, and burning American flags ... what if all of these people went out into the community and volunteered a couple hours of service doing things like cleaning up old widows yards, working at a youth center, heck just picking up trash from the streets. That would be a productive contribution to their nation. Instead, they choose to be freaks.

Soldiers that aren't deployed to war support their local communities in countless ways. Here are some: youth coaches, youth services volunteers, adopt a school programs, big brother/big sister, helping the elderly, adopting a section of highway to clean, tutoring children, and we deploy to support natural disaster rescue/cleanup. There is much more.

Freak on! Peace, love, happiness, and LSD all around. Til the Taliban man comes.

Big tri's, or any muscle group, need more carbs. With the extreme food deprivation at Ranger Training, this is usually not a good combination. It's almost always the big guys that end up hallucinating about food.

Do I believe we are doing what needs to be done oversea's? No.. Do I think we need to be over there? No... The issue is we are over there and we are doing something... Its my dad that has been over there and my friends that are there. Some that won't be able to come back. So do I support my troops... Yes!!! We are involved and for us to waste time being ridiculus in protesting efforts, we need to take time to thank our troops and give them a strong national backing. I had a friend come back last June and he was walking with me in his uniform at the local college campus. He was then approached by some tree huggers that had nothing better to do, they then called him a murderer and spit on him. It wasn't his fault he did what his country asked of him and he had a hard enought time already with it. Sad part is we are over there cause some liberal hippie feels that the world needs to be a peaceful place and WE need to be the ones to make it happen. I see it as our guys are keeping the fight oversea's, if we aren't there, they're here. Where was our troops during 911? Here I believe and where were they? Just a thought.

Skipper suggested the protester invest there time in good cuases. Well people walk for recogintion of good cuases, throw parties for cuases. In truth these accomplish nothing. Well lets give back for cuases. We started something, we need to finish it.

I never get involved in political views or anything like. I never talk about my views because some people have stopped being friends with others who have different political views.

BUT, I will say this and only this on this topic....
Whether you support the war or want our troops over there. You are an American, these are the men and women are over there whether they want to be or not. You need to support THEM, and hope they come home safe. They are Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, etc to someone or family that worries every day if they are going to get the most dreaded news.

But, for these freaks to blame our troops and spit and curse at them deserve to be shot! That is my opinion and I am not going to say anything else on this topic.
