View Full Version : Uploading pictures

I noticed that some of the information in my profile had changed or was missing since I first joined. I've corrected the information and wanted to start uploading some pictures also. Do I do this by adding "albums" in my profile, and will they have to be resized as they do on the message board? I haven't tested resizing images yet but I need to learn how.

From FAQ Files
How do I add an image to a post?
If you have uploaded an image as an attachment, you can click the arrow next to the 'Attachment Icon' and select it from the list. This will be inserted into your post and can be located where you want it displayed.
To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing before the URL and after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image.
You can insert pictures from your albums (?) (http://www.mastercraft.com/teamtalk/faq.php?faq=vb3_user_profile#faq_vb3_albums) in this way too.

Click on "Post Reply" box or Quick Reply "Go Advanced". In Additional Options below the post box, you will see "Manage Attachments" or click on the paper clip at the top of the post box, there you choose a picture from the Browse feature that is stored in My Pictures or other Browse options, and follow the prompts to upload that picture. If the pic is too large there is a post on resizing in FAQ at the top of General Discussion.
You can upload up to 5 pictures per post.
Make sure they're big enough that we don't miss anything.........K :D

I'd really like to see the other side of that....uh....boat. I'm going to try and post some pictures once I get the resizing figured out.
I would be delighted to have some more snaps like this one.
