I am looking to purchase a good used prostar. Can anyone provide some things to look for? Damage or wear to stay away from. Common problems with certian years. I have been searching for opinion sites and have not found any. My thoughts are currently taking me to the 96 ps190 with the LT1.

Any teamtalk opinions would be greatly appreciated

thanks

On the older boats, I don't think any of them are known to have any inherent problems. It all boils down to care and maintainence of the boat.
'96 with an LT-1 is as good a boat as any of the Prostars. Find one in good shape and it'll last many more years.
I happen to have one for sale too!

where is your boat posted?

Am I wrong in using NADA to check my pricing? Seems like every boat I look at is 20% over hi NADA and dealers/marinas want 30-40% over hi NADA.

I would be interested in your boat, please attach a link.

Jim - you're one of my favorite posters of all time, but sometimes I swear you're speaking Galic!

Was it Galic, or did he just have a mouthfull of one of those cuban sandwiches I have been hearing about for so long?
