Hello, I just received my stars from BAWS(thanks Jim and Chuck) and need a little help on their location. I know there are 13 on each side, 4 on the bow, 2 on the back, and 1 on the stern. What I'd like to know is the distance between the stars from point to point.

1) Bow: Distance from top point to top point of star.
2) Sides: Distance from points of the stars facing each other(the ones in front of the MC decal look different distances from the ones behind decal)
3) Back: Distance from corner of boat to outside point of the star.

Hopefully ^these^ descriptions make sense, if not, i am sure someone can explain their placement for me.

Thanks for any help.
Here are some pictures of my boat without Stars.

Thanks Again
Webb

We will try to get your a measurment

Is there not a FAINT outline on the boat from the OLD stars???
You may have to look really really close

Boat is getting a little upholstery work done (top of seats in blue because they couldn't match the original vinyl, new foam for all the seat bottoms, buttons on the side rails, and a blue cockpit cover) and will be finished Monday or Tuesday of next week. I've looked for original star outlines and don't see any. I will double check again, but pretty sure they're not there. It looks from pictures on the net that the stars are symmetrically spaced and centered in the stripes on the sides and bow. I'd like to put them on next Tuesday or Wednesday, so any help would be greatly appreciated. We're headed to Eureka Springs, AR (Beaver Lake), it's new home, on next Thursday. We have property down there.

Thanks
Webb

Sweet!! Thank You. Take your time this weekend on the measurements as it's currently in the upholstery shop. Hope to get it back early next week.

Well, I measured. Not sure it is an exact science because spacing varied.

From "M" to forward star tip 6.5"
From verticle leg of "t" to rear star tip 7.5"

Spacing on rear stars, tip to tip, starting at forward star (t to rear): 7.25, 7, 7, 7.25, 7.5, 6

Spacing on front starts, tip to tip, starting at rear star (M to front): 7.25, 7.5, 7, 7.25, 7.5

From corner to tip of rear start, 2.75" or 2.5" from flange of tow ring, center of lower upside down V is basically centered on edge of swim deck.

Bow starts start (tip forward) 4" from edge of accent gelcoat. Spacing V to tip of next, front to back, 8.5", 8.25, 8.25

Sounds confusing I know. Hope it helps. Nice looking boat BTW.

Hey KevKan, Thanks for the measurements!!!

Everything makes sense after reading it a few times. I really appreciate it. Post some pics of your boat if you can. I'd like to check it out.

When you say "tip", are you talking about the vertical or horizontal tip of the star?

I'll post some pics after stars are applied.

What about the single star on the stern?

Thanks Again

measurements of side stars are horizontal tips.
