I'm looking and can't find anything on pass thru door. i have the button connectors on both sides of pass thru.

Could you show me or tell me what some of you are using?

The standard "door" is a piece of fabric with the matching snap halves. You'll note that you have snaps on the bottom of the windshield also, to hold the center of the "door".

Thanks Frank! i called the MC Dealer and they said they can't get it anymore and that my boat is, "Too Old...!" I told her things get better with age.

So, i guess i have to go to a upholstery shop?

Not sure what MM is talking about when he says "button connectors". I'm guessing he means snaps. Any competent canvas shop can make that fabric pass-through, IIRC about $50. Alternatively, pretty easy to make.

From another Thread: My guess is he bought it sight unseen due to the knowledge he would acquire here. He must have felt with our help he could fix anything. With all of the praise and gloating that goes on here why inspect? WHen anything goes wrong we all stand together and get it fixed. We can jerk around on the beer threads and such. Amen to that! Bob's your Uncle .heheh Well, there is lots to know. My dad told me a story about a guy who bought a brand new X-45 and while he was backing down the hil, he hit his breaks because he wa getting mad that he couldn't back donw the trailer and a line was forming at the launch ramp.

So, suddenly there was a herrendous Crash and scraping sound...Seconds later , you hear this whoooosh! as the boat hits the water on it's side. the guy took off all the straps, including the winch, and the scraping was the boat on the cement all the way down.

I know it's important to ask questions. It was hard fro me to use the search in the beginning becaue I didn't know what things were called to do a search...lol

Would ya? The title says "another reason why people shouldn't buy i/o's" and the first few posts are about that. Then you look in the thread and the very first post is about windshield pass thru door.

That is where my comment about him losing it came from until I noticed what happened, but I never got a chance to see his reply:mad:
