Ballast Fuses?

I have a 2008 X-14 and the KGB ballast will not turn on. I have been told by the local Mastercraft dealer that the Fuse has probably been tripped. He suggested that the fuses were in the back of the boat but I can not locate them? Does anyone know where they are or is there another fix?

not sure on x-10 but on my x-45 there is black box in rear locker cabinet on the port side. At bottom of black box there are three fuse switches. Also, on mine it does not work when impeller in the pump is stuck.
