Nav Lights

My red/green nav lights are both out. Can someone tell me how to remove the lens caps to check the bulbs? Also, will both bulbs be out if one is out? I have checked the fuse and wiring and all seems ok.

Should be two phillips screws holding the cover in place. One lamp.

Thanks for your reply. I did remove the two screws that attach the asembly to the top of the boat. However, I can't figure out how to remove the lens cap to replace the bulb. The assembly is still attached somehow.
