thanks!

the horn has two wires, one goes to ground the other typically runs to a momentary switch (button). typically we switch the powered side so there should be power going to the horn button switch which only gets to the horn when you press the button.
Horns are a constant problem........if you live in a coastal area is a good idea to keep a whistle on board just in case it dies when your boarded for an inspection.
As for the lights...........your problem is most likely in the 3 (off/Nav/All) way pull switch.........the lights should get power to them when the switch is in either the (Nav or all) position. .......this area is often rewired though.....If its just the switch you can get it at any boat store (West Marine).
The other thing to check is the ground on each light..........they tend to get corroded.
as for the interior gauge lights wire colors.
Newer boats use a baby blue wire for the + side of interior lights.......Black for ground.....i think in my boat those wires are white and black respectively.......yours are probably the same...
no reason to replace gauges over a light...
