Few custom install question

Im about to pick up a 2000 Xstar and it has sacs in the rear and in the ski locker plus one in the bow. The one in the floor locker is hooked up to a switch for fill and empty "from factory". I was wondering how much I would be looking at to get the 2 rear and 2 in the bow wired to seperate switches? If we have the sacs how much do they usually charge to set it all up. And about how much is it to get a depth finder installed?
