2002 X-10 Ballast problem

2002 X-10, my center ballast system works fine. My 2 rear ballast tanks will empty, but will not fill. I need some advice on whether I can fix this myself or do I need to take it in.

Check the impellers, if the motors will not run in both directions, then they need to be replaced...... I had to replace one... Not too hard to do yourself... I bought my Jabsco water puppy on eBay for half the price at the dealership.....
