I have a perfect pass on my 04 mc xstar and it seems to be reading speed and working fine except for the fact that the motor is siezed (i did a servo test), I am about to take it off and have it taken to an electronics shop since that is the best i can do in Panama and i know nothing of servo motors. Any ideas of what i should check or look at to unfreez it?

I wouldn't bother. Call PP and have them ship you a new one.

Yes, perfect pass can ship you a new stepper motor that you can bolt right back into the aluminum servo bracket. Cheaper than buying the whole unit.
