On Monday, I met Ryan with the X80, nice kid, very polite, and appreciative!

he'd had a flat trailer tire on I-40 West of Sallisaw Oklahoma and I couldn't stop...
he had a support vehicle travelling with him so I figured he had it covered.

While at a convenience store in Sallisaw this MasterCraft "freak of nature" pulls up to the air pump beside me, dwarfing my 30 foot travel trailer! I had my wife pull my boat farther away from the air pump to give him better access and offered my air guage.

likable fella, and his dad was too:toast:

let him tell ya about Party Cove:banana::banana:

poor picture, but you get the idea

Brian,

How are things going? I appreciate you letting me use your air guage. yea that was dad, I had to get him to come bring some tools, since I had took all mine out when I was loading the truck for the lake and forgot to put them in.

Party Cove was pretty crazy this weekend, everyone on tenkiller knows how to party, and the weather couldn't have got much better, the water temp hit 79 on monday.

If the kids ever decide that they want to learn to wakeboard, I meant what I said about teaching them!!

Where do you guys normally camp? I normally try to stay at snake creek, and dad is talking to them about getting a slip there at the marina, but this weekend we ended up staying at chicken creek. there was almost 40 of us there and we had four spots.!! crazy weekend

We stayed 10 or 11 days at Snake Creek this last week, only coming in for Tuesday & Thursday for Baseball Games.

we'd pulled into party cove one last time on Sunday.... at one point the women were topless... least a couple of them in a bass boat. and tonight I heard they also turned to bottomless.

I saw the topless ones, and diverted my kid's attention to the front of the boat away from the bass boat.

I've got at least 30 g-rated party cove pics on the website, I'll get the links in order.

got about 6 awesome sunset pics.....click the links....that way we save TMC's webspace:headbang:........................(medium size files)

*EDIT
pics have been resized and moved to this thread

could the flat be related to the fact that beast only sits on 2 axles?

his dad mentioned it needed triples

Rod,
I won't go to much into in tonite but we've had alot of trouble with the trailer and are less than satisfied, we've had brake trouble, tire trouble, it was the only trailer we could get at the time we purchased out boat, and now there are a couple other options.

Brian,

If you look on the second party cove picture, the black XStar tied up in the middle is my old boat

I also think the tow vehicle needs to be powered by Cat. Hoooooly crap, that thing is a monster.

if you look around closely in that interior pic, you'll see how it also dwarfs a full size 4X4 Suburban.

Ryan, I saw that one you mentioned in the party pic

DUDE!!!! I wouldn't know whether to ride behind that boat or set sail around the world for two years.

those two axles do look awfully small for that boat

Great looking boat and tow vehicle!!

It looks like the tower is about 5 ft. higher than Milk's travel trailer. I hope you don't snag any low telephone wires.

I thought my GMC Jimmy looked funny towing my 197. Ryan's set up looks like someone Supersized mine! Nice Ride!

You could always do both

Milk; Must be an awesome course to attract that many people! Nice shots!

On saturday and sunday there was something like 350-400 boats in party cove.

Looking at that boat, sort of makes you wonder if it's taking that suburban for a ride (sort of like the dog walking you).

Brian,
are you guys going to be up at the lake this weekend? I've got to go by and get some new trailer tires in the morning, then we're going to head up.

probably not....

we've had a major "cluster" so far this weekend

I ran out to a local lake to blow off some steam earlier tonight
