As far as the grill for the front scoop, you may have to make yur own out of aluminum or stainless flat stock or hopefully find someone parting out a junked '79 or other model with a similar scoop grill.
The factory has some replacement steering wheel drip molded decals that go in the center of the hub cover and a dealer can probably get you a couple, but they will be for the later years and not for a '79.

The steering wheel hub center for the 79 is a solid molded piece of black plastic with MasterCraft raised and embossed in the plastic in the center of the hub. The center hub is retained in place with a round metal ring split in the middle much like a snap ring. Good luck finding an original, like was mentioned earlier, maybe someone is parting out a boat and can find one.

I did a search but could not find it, of a post and picture of a 79 that was trashed by a tornado in WI or MN, if someone could find this post maybe you could contact the poor guy. Good luck but some original parts are just real hard to come by :D

Yes. The 78 and the 79 have different steering wheels.

Unfortunately one of these is as close to OEM as you'll probably get, http://www.grantproducts.com/c-85-nostalgia-wheels.aspx
