Can you be more specific? Having a problem, or looking at buying a boat?

Okay, maybe a little ...

Prostar 205. 1993. Available with Ford 351 @250 hp, 351HO @285 hp, or LT-1 @ 310 hp (or is it 330hp)? WOT 4,600 rpm, 45 mph stock.

20'5" w/o platform. Over 23' with platform. Width amidship 85". 2,550 lbs. AWSA approved towboat. Close, but not identical to the hull of the 91--94 PS 190 (190 had a bit different/smaller wake).

351 HO came stock with a Holley 4010 carb that has been problematic for many, but not so much for many others. Recommend retrofit 4160 if you experience hot stall issues. Plenty of info available on that here.

Rear seat completely removeable. Sundeck option was available that year, but I've only seen one. Same goes for observer jump seat (rarely-seen option, but a cool one).

Ski locker in floor in walkthrough. Moderately useful. Storage under observer seat and bow seats (bottom and back). Some side panel storage. None of the above, but the locker will hold a modern slalom ski (although I've seen pictures of one in the side storage.

Great ski wake. Shortline spray is an issue.

Trailer wrapped brake lines. Rust in lines common. Recommend replacing with SS lines if they have rusted.

Here's the wake at 36 mph.

The 205 of that era 91-94 have a tendency to latch on to their owner and give them incredible stamina for posting on forums like this one. In short if the proper maintaince has been done and it hasn't been subject to overheat and you like the color, buy it.

Yes, they have that effect (and not just on me). Eh, MarkP?

Another picture (as if I needed an excuse to post pictures)

Doug, you missed color options. And the quantity of rivets used in construction. Please supply complete info next time. :D

Other than that, I'm sure robb has some digesting to do.

It was the early 90s. Red, dark blue, or pink/teal. :purplaugh And for the record, I linked the brochure. 8p

Okay, two things. Doesn't appear to be, but with the galvanized trailer, gotta ask the salt water question.

Also, not the same hull as the original x-star. That was the 96 and up hull.
