I just feel the need to give a big thanks to Liquid Sports Marine in Orlando. I bought a boat that they had on consignment back a few months ago and I have never been treated so well. Mark and Steve were and continue to be great. The experience was like no other. We kept in contact as we made the drive down and once we arrived they was waiting at the door with open arms. They welcomed us in and it was like we were distant family they had not seen in years. The whole process was wonderful. (Did I mention this boat was on consignment? They were selling for a customer… This customer did not buy another boat. This was not a new boat and I got the same service as if I bought two new boats from them a year!)

After taking the boat out for the water test and coming back to do the paperwork we headed back north to PCB to stay a couple nights before continuing home. They stayed in contact with me and made sure we made it to our next destination ok and then once we got home they contacted us to make sure we got home safe and sound.

The day I did arrive back home I had a fabulous care package waiting on me from Leloni in their parts department with all kinds of goodies. She has been a continuous help with any questions I have had or parts I have needed.

If you want great customer service be sure to give them a call.

I guess thats a good thing considering that they are no longer a MC dealer! I skied with a guy in Savannah that bought an 09X-35 from the Jaxsonville Liquid Sports marine, and they also treated him like a long lost family member. They even went so far as to bring him a loaner boat twice, all the way to Savannah. Thats about 2 1/2 hours from their shop. Thats good service!

They would have my business twice, but they really dropped the ball the second time.

Glad you were treated well Matt. My first experience was also good.

If they lost the franchise can they still get parts? Warranty work will not happen either. Too bad when dealers that offer such great service do not make it. Times are tough all over. :ohmmm... sorry some of you don't feel the same, but they are good guys and gals!

I have tried another dealership in florida to the west of them for parts and got a call back a week later!

They are a good group...i worked for them in college. Even though they are no longer an MC joint (Axis dealer) there service department is top notch. You still see 10-20 Master Crafts lined up in the service area. People trust an old friend.

sometimes you get screwed over by under the table deals....

then you got A$$ hole preferred deals to the west of ya.

I did not know Steve was still there. I think he was the original owner of my 83. I bought it from the second owner that only had it two years. Only if people learn from those choices in the future....Maybe Mark can be the MC king someday in the future

I am sure your not talking about BAWS I have found them to be ULTRA responsive and pro active and never had them not stand up and take care of me. They always make things right like working 2 years to find me a boat that I wanted to fit my budget.

Funny how quick people forget...the date was 7/30/06 had her name was Shelby Harper...google it.

Why they are no longer dealers has nothing to do with the Meloons, Jim@BAWS or under the table deals...no matter how cynical you are.

I think that this thread has gone far enough. It seems to be turning into a dealer war with a victim and her family drawn into it.

Bottom line: Both places had/have a great reputation with there clients and customers. I worked for one and have dealt with the other. Orlando has a great dealer now in MC of Orlando. This thing is going down roads we have no business on. Just my opinon.:(
