The alternator on my PS190 1989 is squeeking a bit when starting up, and then goes quiet. I guess it's a bad bearing? Is it possible to change the bearing?

Squeal on startup is usually due to a loose or glazed belt. The alternator pumps out full current for a short but trying to put back the charge that was used to crank the boat. Try tightening the belt, or if it is already tight, replace with a new one. The rubber gets less sticky as they get old.

I have a new belt lying around, so I'll change it, only thing is that it doesnt sound like the belt tho.

I agree, first/cheapest thing is to put on a new belt. Don't forget to check the pulley alignment. If it's still making the noise after the new belt, remove the alternator and see how it spins - take it to an automotive store and have them look at it. If it is a bad bearing, you'll need to replace the unit - no way AFAIK to replace the bearing.
