It's Crystal Lake, Ontario, Canada.. about 20mins from 1 of only 2 Mastercraft dealers in Ontario.. ;)

Also one of the few lakes that has a ski course.. As for water temps, I think f'n COLD sums it up.. I would hazard a guess of high 40's lows 50's..

The house is 1500sq ft... It's old and needs a fair amount of help, but I got it for what I consider to be a bargin.. I get the keys on June 6th.. I'll have some more pictures then..

As soon as you buy lakeside property it's a cheap bargain!
The Value can only go up ...FAST!
Prices have triple in 5 years here!!!
Very good place to put your money even if you think it's expensive now, wait to see in 5,10,20 years!
If you can live year round there it's even better.Only one place to take care of!

I'd say, "There ain't not way I'm getting in that water." BUT, I have been skiing in the January and February months at Lake Brownwood, TX with NO wetsuit or drysuit. That is the most painful dry off you will ever expereince, but what great memories.
