I'm in desperate need of detailed pics of starter, solenoid, relay, cricuit breaker box, coil, and neutral safety switch wiring. Please get close shots and ones that show where the wires run.
Took mine apart to rewire from the batts to the dist., got deployed overseas, hard drive crashed, now I don't have the pics.
I'm operating from memory and that's not good with a 1000amp battery in the loop!
Lake Mead Houseboat trip is on the line!
Thanks in advance, this board always seems to come through!

I've got a 210 (90) that has the 351. Let me know if that might help.

rholmes & JoJo,
that's what I'm needing! relay to starter is also needed. Just a shot of the back of the starter solenoid would be great too. just trying to confirm the wiring from the neutral safety switch up and relay, solenoid, coil, breaker block.
Keep them coming! Especially you JoJo! Apples to Apples is always best.

I figured they would be the same! They are very different. I have an extra relay in there.
thanks anyway for taking the time to take and post the pics. I'm putting power to it this morning. If it runs it is off to a local boat shop, $50 later they will let me back it into the dunk tank and run it on the trailer to see how it runs with a load on it.

Matt, why don't you post what you have and trace out wires. If you have it apart and don't know what goes where, there are some basic wiring posts on the site that should give you a general idea. (battery posts DISconnected for now) + Bat to starter relay, - Bat to starter bolt or block ground. Switched bat from starter relay to starter positive post. If you are looking on the other side (smaller wiring, some of it will trace to neutral safety switch, safety switch, key switch, and I believe that is it that engages the starter. The switched side will supply to the coil/distributor etc.
