I saw one of these at a motorcycle shop last night. The stupid thing retails for about $13,000 too. Why not just get an old Prostar???

Removable WakeBoostTM System
The system fills up with water in less than 3 minutes, adding 200 lbs. (91 kg) to the rear of the PWC and sculpting the perfect wake for big air. And it has spotter footwells for extra comfort.

Next would be a tower...

They do have towers for PWCs too.
Anyway, one advantage this has is that you can pull a wakeskater (or wakeboarder) in very shallow water as they make an approach for rails or other obstacles. But Im with you jbr, im happy with an old prostar myself.

I'm guessing I could tip that thing over with a hard cut cut. :D
Not to mention the fun ride you'd have as the driver if you were goofing off jumping wakes on that thing and got pitched off only to have your bell rung when your head hit that tower.

I just do not understand why you guys are hating so much on my Sea-Doo. The thing is comparable to ANY X-star out there. All I need to do is add 200lbs of ballast and put someone of the same tonnage as Oprah on the back and it throws a swell worthy of any pro rider.

I'm amazed that 130 horse beast can even pull a boarder out of the water, at least get a 215 horse or a X boat

My neighbor has 2 Hondas with the Civic motors in them. I almost hit 70mph on it last weekend. It was scary fast.

Try hitting at 70, it hurts like hell. I have 2 255hp X boats that are mildly modded, a 07 Stage 2 plus modded RXP that has GPS'd at 77.3 and a 06 RXP that has been so highly modded Stage 3+ that will do 85.8 on a GPS. Those things are my first love, with my avitar 2nd followed by my X30. Then as your sig says _ _ _ _!
Thats probably why my MC is a 03, spent to much every where else:D

Water couches are lame. The only PWC's that should be allowed are stand-ups.
I think the water couches should only be allowed for towing, rescuing and racing. The D**BF**Ks out there who go buy a new ski and then proceed to do doughnuts on the river at 7:00am need a bullet shot through their skis.

So I used to think it was fun to take the ole trusty Yamaha VXR out to slalom behind. The fun part was trying to keep the thing pointed in the right direction, one slip and the skiier could dump the driver. That was fun
But what i See here is a contraption they turned a perfectly suited slalom jet ski into a pitiful attempt at a wakeboard jet ski.
We could expand on this some and bolt on some rod holders, outriggers, radar and a fish finder so they can have a crappy offshore fishing jet ski, or a pop up tent so it can also serve as an overnight cruising jet ski. if we include a stove and a head maybe it can be claimed as a second home.
there are no end to the possibilities.............i just need some venture capital to get these ideas into production....any takers?

Suckers are addicting for sure LOL! Good to see another X owner of the PWC type here. Short of the R+D grate and a set Riva pro block off's mines stock.GPS'ing @73 It's a 08 and pushing 100 hours already. Ready for a SC rebuild... Wish times were a little more stable I would love to work with this beast some but they put meaning to the pay to play term.
The Wake edition (like Sodar says) is lame, but so are Prius's, grief counselers, and any vessel you add water into to partially sink it, says the slalom skier...I guess that PWC works for someone but having put seat time on them its something that does neither of its dutys well. Leave the towing to the towboats.

Two X's a T-X and a P-X, the only mods on the X's are 4" Kanaflex, Sponsons, R&D grate and Solas impellers, and fee flow exhausts. The T-X has had the tunnel reinforced, now the 07 P is a full lown stage 2+ 4" Kanaflex, Green Wheel, metal washers, 42# injectors, Riva grate, Riva sponsons, pump wedge, X steering, Solas 15/20 and one of Jerry waterbox. The 06 P is running a R&D RRFPR, Riva ECU, Riva valve train upgrade, 4" Kanaflex, 2 Rude SC, 55#injectors, 15/20, Jerrys Waterbox, Riva Grate, Wedge, Skegs, Riva Spnsons, SS wear ring, UMI steering, the list goes on and on. All four have also had the ride plates filled. As said aove though watercraft are not pullers
