2001 19 Skier Engine Cover Latches

Both engine cover latches are no longer functional. The rubber piece that is suppose to latch on to the metal connected to the floor has worn away and doesn't stay latched. Are there general purposes latches that will do the same? Or is it better to get the same part? Also any recommendations on where to find such latches would be great!

Cheap (Not stainless) jeep latches for $12 ~ I've bought these from him before.
