I have been thinking about getting an inversion table. Anyone have one? Any input? Seems like it would feel good to stretch out the back. I was looking at the Teeter Hang-Up tables.

I just had a series of cortisone shots and they are starting to wear off. I have a buddy who was big into kick boxing until he screwed up his back. He said acupuncture and an inversion table did wonders for him. He is going to let me try it next week. He said you have to be careful or you can hyper extend your back. I am trying everything I can.

They say to start slow at low angles to avoid problems. Let me know how it goes!

It has done wonders for me, just start slow and don't over do it.

Agreed, I'd really like to know more about this. I've suffered from back issues for a long, long time. My profession really didn't allow me to take down time to get it look at. Infantry, what a job.

What brand table? any likes/dislikes? How often do you do it? How long are you inverted?
