Great Weekend! kind of ----

Boats in the water, only had to replace the rear seal behind the impellar. We had a great time pulling the kids skiing and kneeboarding. My son tried to kneeboard and he has shown no intrest in the watersports so I was happy there. My daughter skiied for the first time stringless on the trainers, so shes official now. Then she tried the wakeboard, she cant quite get it, I need to get in the water with her and help.

Only downside is the Yukon Tranny blew up when I went into town to get the impellar rebuild kit. But it still moved, didnt happen on the road between the lake and home and It was me and not my wife and kids... So I consider that a win... 118k and its first major surgery..

Congrats on your kids getting up. My boy got up behind knoxxs boat for the first time. I was a proud papa and know the feeling. It is indescribeable feeling seeing your kids succeed. Ouch on the tranny but at least it happened without the boat behind ya. I to had a great weekend until the silent master exhaust decided to take a dump on me and blow out both inlet ends. If anyone has one sitting around that will fit an LTR motor and wants to get rid of it let me know. So the boat was just a putter around the lake for the rest of the day. Thank goodness Knoxx showed up and was kinda enough to give us some runs. I had a buddy who had his boat out and it was running great until he lost a head gasket. Good to know that at idle the X-30 can still tow an I/O. lol
