2007 Mastercraft X1 RTP-1 engine

I get a warning alarm everytime I start my engine. The alert reads check engine. All fluids are where they need to be. Engine temp, oil pressure, and Alternator gauges all seem in normal operating range.

What do I need to do?

Thanks for your advice

Go to the dealer and have them read the Check Engine code. Your boat is probably still under warranty so there is even more incentive to go, because they'll get it fixed for free.

The 2007 boats had an issue with a low voltage triggering a code and will sound the alarm everytime you start the boat for about 10 cycles or so. IF you had your battery voltage drop over the winter this would trigger the alarm. I think there was a reprogram for the ECM to correct this issue.

I have an 07 X1 and had a similar problem. As Prostar19 stated, mine was triggered by low voltage. I would certainly have it checked out by the dealer to be safe.

My alarm went off, I shut everything down, checked everything (fluids) and all looked fine. Started again, same thing, etc. Brought it home, unhooked the battery and put it on charge and it went away. I may have cycled close to 10 times so not sure if the cycling corrected the problem or the fresh charge.

My alarm went off but code was voltage not check engine, just saying

Yeah, my understanding is the low voltage alarm goes off without a check engine. Check engine should be diagnosed by a dealer.
