One more question... My boat starts and runs great but when Idleing in gear it often times dies. Im not sure if the carb is causing this or if I need to just turn up the idle or what, any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks again.

First try turning the idle screw up and get 900rpm in neutral and 600-650rpm in gear at idle.
