Towpilot,
Do you ski or wakeboard? I lived in Hot Springs a few years ago. There are a few wakeboarders on Lake Hamilton (mainly on the east side of the lake). I've seen some on Lake Ouachita also. Lake Degray seems to mainly have skiers. If you slalom, there is a ski club on Lake Degray. Shoot me a PM if you need more info.

Ouachita is the best kept secret in the country. Lots of coves, you can always find smooth water. I grew up on the lake and still go back a few times a year. There are several boarders on the lake. I know ENDL is out of Mountain Harbor, he will probably chime in soon. Also James Cicero, who owns MCBoats of Arkansas, is on the lake quite often with a demo or two at his parent's houseboat.

Just an FYI about Lake Ouachita right now, With all the rains we have had recently, the lake is EXTREMELY high right now, all but one camping area closed , most launching area closed or difficult to launch, have heard they will start soon dropping the lake about a foot a week but is it over 13 feet above pool

I was at Degray Lake yesterday checking things out,,,MAN what a full lake. All the launch ramps were closed except at Iron Mountain.

I also grew up on Ouachita. What a special place. I wish I could find something close in Florida.
