Mildew stains?

I winterized my boat with the cover that comes from the factory and apparently the foam inside the seats was still wet. The result was that most of the upholstery has some mildew stains that i think come from the inside of the vinil. I tried green soap with hot water, but nothing happend .I live in europe so i may not find the products you guys are going to suggest me (unless the sell them on the web), so any home remedies are welcomed!

I had the some issue on my boat. I used mr. clean eraser bars and little dove soap with water. The seats looked like new after I was done.
