My left side dash panel (ignition/hour meter/fuel) is cracking at about half of the screw holes so I cannot get it secured properly. Has anyone replaced this panel on a 91 prostar? I'd appreciate any advice on this.

My '89 did the same thing. I made replacement pieces from 1/8" ABS plastic that I bought from TAP Plastics.

I used clear lexan, from Lowe's. 1) drilled holes, 2) painted it black. Piece of cake.
factory plate, not available. Any plate from a salvaged boat, would be in bad condition. UV radiation takes its toll.
