first thing you have to take in to consideration is salvage title also means value is about 50% less than what NADA will show

Rough = salvage.. Or not running with holes in all the seats and windows. I grew up in the car business mostly drove salvage cars too.. It's all metal. I plan to keep it til the wheels fall off or until somebody offers me more than I have in it.. One thing about this one I don't understand.. How in the heck does a car like that get branded "salvage" when all it needs is 2k in parts and 1600 in labor?? Some adjusters wallet is a little fatter these days IMHO...

Careful, I said that about a truck I had. I drove it until one of the wheels fell off, put it back on and drove it some more.

I was going along, felt like I had a flat. So I pulled over and started to stop when my left rear went rolling by me. It wasn't flat though:D

Same thing happened with one of my client's brand new truck... maybe he should have Fixed Or Repaired it Daily like the badging told him:rolleyes:8p

Seriously, I hope I have chosen the best body shop for the job

monte, looked thru all the vehicles again, and some appear that they don't have any damage and are still salvage titles. do they do the repairs there?

They can. It depends on what it is and if the body shop they support is slow. As a matter of fact. I am using their " usual" body man to do the repairs on this one. Robbins is a salvage yard first and foremost so, he has already found the parts I need. They will start in two weeks.

Ahhh...funny man.

Well, you better hope GM stays afloat to continue making parts for your salvage.

Not exactly what I was thinking, but HEY if I cant sell it, that may be a thought. I bet I would get a lot more looks out of that than just a run of the mill truck:rolleyes:
