Need help, anyone know what to use to remove the old glue residue from the trailer fenders after the anti skid pads come off ? I do not want to use too harsh of chemical(s) that might eat into the Fenders. Anyone ?

Lacquer Thinner will work fine. Just stay away from acetone and you will be fine.

Thanks Sodar,
I could not remember which to use and which not to use. By the way, that was a sweet stereo install / thread, awesome work!

I just got done doing this. The new anti skid stuff is sweet looking.

If that doesn't get it done you can get a glue remover from any auto body paint store. I'll have to look at the can and see what it is.

What did the anti skid pads look like? Were they solid pieces? Diamond shapes incorporated in them? have any pictures? I am trying to match my old ones, the type that spell out Mastercraft in the middle of them. Any idea where to find some?

Here is the center part. The end pieces are just a triangle and square. I got them from Lex at Rambo.
