2008 X-14 electrical problems

I have a '08 X-14 and for some reason the controls such as the ballast switches, heater switches etc. wont work. The deck works however no sound comes out of the speakers, the graphic interface is also working. The only thing that wont work is all of the switches on the dash and the speakers. I thought this was a odd combo. I checked the fuses and didn't see any popped out, also checked the grounds and they are attached. The only thing is the battery cords were a little loose but they gave it enough juice to start the boat and everything else. Anyone have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated!

that boat should still be under warranty, i had a few issues with mine & come to find out some of the components weren't even hooked up in certain areas, though all the wires were ran. took it in everythings good to go
