After almost 20 years my original cover has given up. The original fit great and lasted a long time, I would prefer to find a like cover if one is available. any suggestions?

We had ours custom made, it doesn't drape down the sides at all, it fits perfctly around the side.

Yes, sounds similar to my custom trailering cover that snaps below the rub rails, but it was pricey. I can go to Overtons, but was hoping to find the orignial manufacturer because they were really good.

They make a great fitting cover. Check my gallery for a picture. Mine goes to the waterline but they also can make a standard fit cover.

Sounds good, I am a bit concerned about the tower cut outs as I don't have a tower to fill the holes. Is my impression correct that these cutouts would leave openings to the interior? If the tower mounts to the top of the gunnel rather than the inside, the cutouts may not be much an issue. Also, is the trap system the same "w" down to my trailer fender?

It would be an easy mod to cover the tower holes though. Probably cost you $50 or $100 at any upholstery shop.

Google Lohaus Covers or Canvas in WI I think. They did a very nice custom "waterline" cover for me, exactly how I wanted it for about $650 out of Sunbrella. Because I store on the trailer, they actually wrapped the cover under the boat a bit all the way to the trailer frame rails and it completely covers the platform. The drawstring ties at the bow which gives you a better fit and they put in vents just behind the windshielf for ventilation. If you give them the year and make of the boat they'll go find one local to them they can measure up. Best cover I've seen in a while.

I have the same cover and these people make a 5-star product.
