I have a 97 ps205; trailer prop guard is always scraping, so I was wondering if someone could measure there trailer prop guard height with the trailer level and see what it is? Im thinking my springs may be shot? Not sure though. The trailer does set pretty level when hooked up to the truck.

Havent measured mine but have the same problem. I just bought some bolt on rollers from Paktron. I'll let you know how they do.

What is the ball height on the tow vehicle?

What is the top of the ball height from the ground on the tow vehicle? 18" to 19" should be about normal.

I have the same issue. Would be interested in the bolt on rollers.

The paktron are weld-on rollers. They are very good, but if you have a driveway that is going to show something has ground down hard on it, they may not be the best choice. If you're just worried about dips in the road, get them because they are awesome. For driveway draggers, a less attractive poly wheel may be a better choice.

Jixxer, some more concave (or convex I forget which) springs will get you some more clearance. So will a 2" lift with the pins welded in place. Your springs may not be shot, but there are better alternatives to them. You are not alone in that problem.

Mine drags when going down inclines also. I put on a set of the bolt on casters from here: http://dhmtrailers.com/online/home.php?cat=161
It still drags, now it just drags on the wheels instead of the prop guard.

Mine sits 9-1/2" from ground zero. It has to be real steep before it drags and it's a VIP trailer.
