I'm in process in getting a switchplate made for my 1993 Prostar. My son is doing the detail drawing now. More made they are cheaper. Just wondering how many Prostars out there are using washers to hold the plate in. I'm even thinking of making them out of aluminium so this problem will never happen again. If any one of you out there needs one let me know. I'm going for 100 of them on the first run. Going out next week looking for prices. The only issue is the lettering, but if you have owned the boat as long as i have you know which button to push...lol..
Send me a shoout if interested....

You can always have a local sign shop either screen print the lettering or use vinyl.

I am in the process of doing the same thing. I would be interested. I was thinking about using metal as well. What I have found so far is that it would be easiest to use a waterjet or laser to cut the panel. I was also told that it helps if the drawing is done in Auto CAD so that the rendering can be dropped stratight into the computer cutter. I have a 1993 Prostar 205. Alot of the prostar panels are different
