So one foggy night last AUG on the white river my friend after consuming to many alcoholic beverages goes to load. The fog was so bad you could not see your hand in front of your face! This fog sets in due to 56 degree water and 85 degree air temp. He strikes a john boat punctureing a hole in the bow of his 190 the boat filled up with water within minutes then rolled over. The current then swept it into a log jam. Where it held till morning and recovery! Good news everyone involved is safe!!! Bad news 1 totaled MC with an LT1. Heres the pics.

I knew this was going to be good when I saw the title. :D Thanks for sharing h2oski. It's good to know that these boats float after filling with water.
56 degree water in August? Maybe you meant 56 degree air and 85 degree water?

Insurance co. has probably already auctioned it off. My guess is someone bought it whole and fixed or is itn the process fixing it:rolleyes:
Did it capsize because of the current? If it was filling with water, I can't see why that would happen.

From looking at the pictures, it looks like it's 1995 or 1996 ProStar 190. Same as my 1995 ProStar 190 Sammy Duvall. Breaks my heart to see that boat sinking in the water. I would slap, punch, pull, kicking someone's groin for doing that damage.

It doesn't look like anyone was driving.. Maybe the cooler was in the back of the boat and he got really thirsty all the sudden:rolleyes:

Actual Condition
It was reported that there was a collision and the vessel struck another boat, taking on some water. There appears to be damage to the hull.
What year is that boat?

Hmmm...so what rotation he got out of the pro made the boat roll..and he apparently wanted to make sure that the engine sucked in as much water as possible from the bilge...ouch!:(
