I am new to the forum. I hope I am asking in the right area. I have a 2002 x10 that has faded on the uper part of the hull that gets direct sunlight. The boat is kept on a lift with a full cover. It is very loved and cared for. I see pics of boats 10 years older that do noy seem to have this problem. 8p

Welcome to the board. If it's always kept on the lift, you might consider having a skirt made for your cover. BrianM has a good source for this. Short of that, you can using a color restore, wax, and some 303 to get that color back.

I have been thinking about making a skirt to go around the bottom of the cover. Kind of a DIY project. Do you have any other info this? Pictures? Our boat is red and unfortunately is stored outside in the summer. I want to prevent any future fading. Thank you. :)
