It's time to start getting ready for the season, for me anyway.

SO, if you don't mind I was hoping to steal some more ideas from all of you!

What are you using to get mold off of your seats?

What are you using on hual of your boats. Cleaning compounds, waxes, and washes?

Thanks! Again, like always!

The dealer told me to use TileX from the drug store on the seats. Anyone ever use that? If so did you put something on the seats afterwards as a protector?

Tilex contains bleach and would not put that on my seats as it will be very hard on the threading.

Stick with the Magic Eraser.

I like Mequires products for the hull.

Agreed!

DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT, use anything like Tilex with chlorine/bleach. It will degrade the vinyl and incorporated stitching. Use a Magic Eraser with soap, water and elbow grease.

Magic Eraser is great. Takes out years of cleaners and dirt that gets in the texture of the vinyl.

Think the Magic Eraser will work well on the textured deck of my '77 S&S? The previous owner didn't keep it very clean.

I'm convinced there isn't much a Magic Eraser won't work on.

I got mold on my vinyl at the end of last season.

I found something.........The black Sharpie Marker drawing on my hallway wall that my 3 year old did for me.

The only thing I have found they will not work on is the pink seat syndrome.
