Seriously, for a beginer type that will probably never have ballast or a tower? Is this board sound?

Its a good board.

I don't know how good it would be for a beginer though! Could be a little above you if you have never wakeboarded.

Check E-Bay

BTW they have a diffrent deal each day on there!!!!!!!

Ok Beginer is reletive, I have and can board (I own the original surf ski by Seyor, but the 6 inch fin and 2 straps for my feet are a little dangerous :). I just cant quite wake to wake without going really shortline, I can do some surface tricks (I used to trickski a little).

Ok you should be fine with that board.

Question why the Gator?

Ok you should be fine with that board.

Question why the Gator?

116.00 is cheap, everything else I see is minimum 150.00, Im not looking to put a ton into it, but would like something I can move around on when I do get out.

Do you have bindings?

I would look at a package deal if you don't!

Hell I just sold Monte a board last Sep for $60

BTW will a 135 fit you?

No bindings, and size wise, well thats a really good question. I weigh in at 200 lbs, but this is my winter weight. I stayed @190 the past 2 summers. Does this fit someone of my size/stature?

No.. 140-142 is what you need.

No I would say you need to be around a 140.

Take a look at the CWB line. I switched last summer and I love it!

I got about $200 into board and bindings.

Try www.bordersmall.com

or

google "grizzly watersports"

Don't buy a 135.......way too small for you. 140-142 as stated is more your size.

Give my boys at www.waterskis.com a call, I think we have a Liquid Force Axis that would fit you, they can give you the skinny on what we have and what will work for you. There are a couple of great closeouts hanging out in the store, most of the really good buys are not online because we offer free shipping and some of the closeouts are already below cost!
