Has anyone here ever used or taken the WebAVA assessment with regards to new hires or potential hires? I am only curious as my potential new employer had asked me to take this particular evaluation and the results were pretty in line for the most part of what I and my employer was expecting to see, except one area which puzzled me. This was this employers first time with this particular assessment so I was a bit of a test rat on this format. Again, its only curiousity that has me asking about it. If you have taken any type of personality evaluation, which one was it and how accurate do you feel it portrayed you? Any input would be great and thank you in advance.

I took one that is supposed to say fields in which you are most naturally gifted. It was a Christian based test so the results may different than a career oriented test. That said, I thought it was very accurate. It said my best attribute was a competitive nature. Pretty accurate.
