My friend loaded his 07 xstar with his fly high fat sacs and he got stress cracks in the bow at the top corners where the seat cushions are. Has anyone else had this happen to them and should i be worried about this if i put the same x-series fat sacs in my x-45????

I've had spidercracks at the corners under a few seat cushions on my 197 and even the 214. Barely noticeable. So slight that they wouldn't show up in a pic. Is this what you mean, or real cracking?

they are pretty small but are still noticable on the white...you wont notice them from a distance but sitting in the bow you will.

I'd say they exist in a lot of the boats. So I doubt it is from the fat sacs.

Are the exposed with the cushions in place? If so that is maybe not normal...

would something like this be covered under warranty? or would that depend on the age of the boat

That would depend on the location of the crack, age of the boat, and how bad the crack was. Cosmetic or structural.
